goodness TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT:
All prices are in Swedish kronor, and include VAT (6% for books, 12% for food and 25% other products).
Payments can be made via a bank transfer: Helsingborg Söderport Helsingborg. Bank Giro: 214 6827. IBAN SE04 6000 0000 0006 0874 5952. Goods will be sent when payment has been recieved.
Unfortunately goodness cannot accept cheques or money orders and we are not responsible for cash sent.
If you are under the age of 18, you will need a signed confirmation from parent or legal guardian.
SHIPPING: to customers in Sweden
goodness ships in Sweden through POSTEN the Swedish Postal Service.
For orders up to 1kg the cost is 49kr.
For orders up to 2kg the cost is 89kr.
For orders up to 3kg the cost is 149kr.
Traceable shipping is an additional cost of 50kr.
Delivery time in Sweden is 3-5 days.
goodness is not responsible for lost, or stolen packages, or packages that are delayed by the postal service.
SHIPPING: to european customers.
For orders up to 1kg the cost is 192kr (18euros)
For orders up to 2kg the cost is 216kr (20euros)
For orders up to 3kg the cost is 240kr (22euros)
If you would like traceable shipping there will be an additional cost of 65 kr (6 euros) for europe.
If you receive your order and you notice that it has been damaged during shipping, please report this to the company responsible for shipping. We will need a written statement from them. If there are damages with the inside of the package then please contact us at goodness by email directly info@goodness.se
RETURNS:
Please contact goodness directly if you would like to return your item info@goodness.se
You can return your item if it is postmarked within 72 hours of the original delivery date and shipped via traceable and insured mail.
